We do not use the CV for anything other than a one-time analysis to prefill the open roles search.

AI suggests keyword search, location, and category so you can reach relevant open roles faster.

This is not an automated decision about accepting or rejecting a candidate. The output is only a set of suggested filters that you can still edit or ignore.

During this analysis, the file is processed on our server and sent to OpenAI as the AI service provider.

Depending on the provider infrastructure, this step may also involve processing outside the EU or EEA.

For this step, we do not store the CV in the website's local database and we return the response with a no-store header.

According to OpenAI's public documentation, API data is not used for model training by default, but without stricter retention controls it may still be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.

Uploading a CV is optional. You can browse open roles without it and fill the filters manually.
